Go to your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions, where you can manage or cancel your SoberNow subscription.

Yes. Your data is automatically synced across your Apple devices via iCloud.

Q. Will I lose my data if I cancel my subscription?

No. Your data is preserved after cancellation. When you resubscribe, your premium features will be restored.
